Forming a new Club, Society or Association (CSA) in the UK essentially involves deciding on an appropriate Legal Structure and then putting in place some legal, financial and administrative measures to keep compliant going forwards.

Formation Service
Once you have decided to start a club, society or association, and have thought of a suitable organisation name, we will then sign you up to our three step formation workflow which involves :
STEP # 1 Clearing and, where required, protecting your proposed organisation name.
STEP # 2 Officially registering your organisation with the relevant authorities (e.g. Charity Commission, Companies House & HMRC ) with an appropriately written constitution and objects clause.

STEP # 3 Provide you with a personalised ‘What To Do Next’ factsheet that itemises what you need to know about and/or put in place after formation to get your new club, society or association started on the right footing.
The What To Do Next checklist, will deal with the key legal, administrative and financial issues relevant to your new club, society or association.

Pricing
Our formation fees, including any consultations, are based on the legal structures chosen for your project and any extras requested. However, in general, our formation fees range between £75 to £120 depending on your requirements. The main exception to this are Charities which start from £250.
